They should let you extend the match to 2mins after the last save by a keeper or something. Both teams were desperate to avoid pens and clearly willing to win or lose that game. Or make it that play can continue if both captains agree to it.

Lloris had two fantastic saves in the semi that didnt get much attention, but even superb keepers like Buffon arent necessarily the best at penalties. It's a different discipline so I'm still picking Argentina (although I've no idea if Lloris is a specialist at pens). Shrewd move to get the guy with Scottish blood substituted off before the tickly point. Hope the ref clamps down on any antics by the Argie keeper though.
