Jordan reporting that their aid convoys are being attacked by Israeli sellers and that Israel is doing nothing to stop it.
Wonder if this will be brushed aside as nothing more than Hamas propaganda again or if the world will accept Israel is intentionally attempting to starve an entire nation.

But I just read an apology by M and S specifically stating that that staff member didnt need to approach a lone female child and asked if she needed help in the bra section.
Have I been caught out by bad journalism, id have to go and check again.

Ah ok, so i was right and wrong.
The mum and daughter were together, but the trans employee did offer help in the bra section, where a young girl was hoping to get her first fitting.
1. Who the **** thought it would be appropriate or safe for everyone involved to have the trans woman work the womens underwear section. There will always be the threat of allegations and stuff for the poor employee, put them on apples, or past, or blwdi anything else that doesnt involve women and children's undwear.
2. This is a large trans woman, 6'2, why would she think to approach a woman with a child in a my first bra section, for the same reason I always meet new female clients in public areas they know and are confident, for their comfort. Let little old Doris deal with the kids.
3. If a report makes it sound like the trans person was a nasty old predator, or a little victim just doing their job, ignore it. Jk is wrong, but so are Patrick and Ian in this scenario.
Infact I just found an independent article from a journo who would request a trans woman help her daughter with a new bra... FML.

I've never understood why they have been referred to as settlers which seems far too generous to me. Barbarians or invaders would seem more apt given their actions. Plus the suggestion that they are acting independently of the Israeli Government is completely ludicrous.

I fully support the host on this one - especially if they also make ghastly noises while eating a boiled egg.

It just shouldn't be newsworthy but clearly there's an appetite for this kind of pish from those who love a bit of culture wars beef.

See above. Mistakes all round, someone put the employee in a bad position, working with children's and women's underwear, the employee made a poor choice in offering to help a child in an underwear section, the mother could have just rejected the offer and spoken to a manager briefly about feeling uncomfortable...
I think M+S handled it ok, apologised for the distress, not the situation, and said they'd look into things, what more can they do?
Its not a real news story, its just easily politicised.
She who shall not be named TERF in chief opened her trap on it though and called for a boycott of M&S.
Yeah not sure M&S boycotting is her target audience. Might as well tell them to boycott foie gras it'll have the same impact.
It's like me trying to get Quins fans to boycott John Lewis.
