A Political Thread pt. 2

I also think Kisin and co give off big grifter vibes in my opinion.

I dont hate Trig, I think ive only watched maybe 5 or 6 episodes though. They have a clear bias, but its not like theyre hiding it.

I think id be into it more if they took a stronger stance against things they agreed with, like here, perfect opportunity to really push Spencer (no idea who he is) narrative, especially on displacement, but they just let him rant.

That's how feel about you sometimes. lol.

Actually disagree and agree, the reason why they give off grifter vibes is because they are very "hey, I'm a centrist and can see the merit in all the arguments let's have conversations guy" type stuff. I agree with you they should be more honest and open about their views but they don't because they're grifters. I wouldn't die on that hill, though. They could be alright and it might just be that I disagree with them generally and am being harsh on them.

It’s all about my boy Benny Morris. He’s the only person I trust to give a balanced, academic view on the history and current situation (though international law/politics isn’t his forte obviously)

They're not going for a jog though are they? By their own words they are using attractive female officers as bait, lycra them up to entice and reprimand people who say things that are absolutely legal.

Thisnis not policing by consent, as is a huge amount of other police actions, such as knocking doors and warning people who want to protest, or putting up posters saying we are watching what you say, This is fear based policing.

The police have no business policing human interactions, thats for society to sort out, and frankly, for people who claim to be left, it amazes me how often you take opposing stances.
It's been established that having police officers being in positions where they could experience criminality due to people not knowing they are police is not the same as entrapment.

To be entrapment it would have to be leading someone into doing an action they otherwise wouldn't have were it not for what the police did. With the joggers they didn't entice people to act as they did. Entrapment in this situation would be if there was a police officer with the people who did the cat calling egging them on.

I dont think they play centrist, they are open about which side they tale, infact id want them to play devil's advocate more, especially with someone they agree with like this Spencer, or at least get in someone who would look to counter his points.

Maybe. To be honest, even if true, I don’t find him particularly impressive or a serious person really. I’ll stick to my boy Benny.

Talk about dodgy politics. Leader loses his seat in an election so another MP resigns to allow him to run in a more conservative area. I know the people still had to vote for him, but it still doesn't change it being dodgy as ****.

Also the distance he's representing a place 3,600KM away from where he did previously!

Really don't see the issue with national ID cards.
I think they've been used as a bogey man for a while, like we dont all have photo ID on a national database lol.

Its online where the problem will come, fist lose anonymity, then the sociql credit score...

No more swearing online, public order offence, at least 4 of you (us)would be in the gulag hahaha

FTFM

I think its put to me this way.

I see no issue with national ID cards under this government. But what if Reform or worse were in charge?
They already have access to my DVLA, details passport, national insurance and electoral role etc

What other information will they have access to that they don't already have
