Does anyone? My understanding is most these thing are just HR department policies derived from attempting to get a diverse range of candidates.
Most local authorities will have a blind application on the paper sift. So those making the decision will not know, name, age and ethnic background till the candidate rocks up on interview.
HR do some bits, team leaders and business support will do main things advert, job and person spec etc. In my experience it really is the best candidates tend to go through to interview and selection. So reform are talking ********.

Ok for the sake of good faith...
I couldn't care less what the office of the president of the USA deems appropriate or not. You all criticised Trump for saying Zelensky not dressing appropriately, I couldn't care how Zelensky dresses, the same way I don't care what POTUS posts on social media.
So answer the question, is Trump or Obama the better representation of the American people?
