So i just saw the comments and stuff from Glasto...

My lord they level of stupidity is breathtaking.

The crowd involvement was very small, I did enjoy the 3 middle aged white women, dressed as safari, a flower and an animal i think, bopping out in the front row chanting 'i heard you want your country back'

Hahahaa street cred gone lol. Also, who's playing the guitars in the songs, ones singing ones on drums?!

This was so confusing to watch someone called Pascal Robinson Foster, wearing full white high end Fred Perry outfit trying to be edgy, I imagine he's currently sat on centre court having strawberries and cream

I mean, I've got little time for the settlers in the West Bank but I wouldn't say settlers in themselves constitutes genocide. Is your argument, people didn't say the Brits were doing genocide in Afghanistan or Iraq because we didn't have settlers there but even though the Israelis aren't bombing the west bank and are bombing Gaza the settlers in West Bank means Isreal are genocidal. Doesn't make sense to me.

A leaked testimony from someone in the IDF said that yes, that is exactly what has happened. Apparently IDF soldiers have knowingly been told to shoot at people attempting to get aid and the video of the ambulance that was shot up showed it was no accident.

The veracity of these can be questioned but after a while, when reports keep coming in of it happening, it becomes difficult to say every report is a lie. It then becomes a question of whether the Israeli army is under orders to act this way or the soldiers aren't disciplined and are getting away with murder.

I'd assume most modern armies (nato) have rules of engagement, compliance with the Geneva convention etc.

You might have some rogues. Which like the British Army they might cover up for reputation etc.

If it's wide spread I'd be going more towards orders. Yet ironically Israel should know "I was following orders" isn't a credible defence for atrocities.

Apparently.

And even then I have never once doubted that war crimes have been committed. I guess we'll have to see how systemic these orders were and how deep rooted they were across the entire IDF before making a call on genocide ( but even then are we now saying Isreal wants to genocide aid workers AND Palestinians?)

But hey, look, if it turns out to be the case that this and the vast majority of other incidents were from direct orders then I will certainly change my view on it. At the moment I'd put it in the same category as any other western country killing aid workers and unarmed civilians and other deplorable war crimes.

So why don't you think the death to the IDF chant is great then? I mean, they don't care who they kill, they're genocidal baby killers, they're Nazis basically. I know I wouldn't have any problem with people shouting death to the gestapo during WW2

By that logic you support the killing of aid
workers?

I support a regime change in Israel where the miltary is an actual tool for defence not a lawless invasion force that has been claiming territory it has no right of for decades

By what logic?

Of course I don’t support the death of aid workers. I believe most have probably been killed in the fog of war and some have probably been killed deliberately and are war crimes.

Rachel Corrie wasn't run over by an armoured bulldozer in war time

This isn’t just wartime thing it’s what’s been happening in the West Bank for years

Sorry you’ve completely lost me with your train of thought and you haven’t answered my question. Why do you not support the death to the IDF chant given how horrible they are?
