Wait, climate crisis and the politicisation of it isnt allowed here?

What do you disagree with above, super confusing hubris in your post here.
Because it’s denial basically. It’s akin to Holocaust deniers going “hey, I’m not saying the Nazis didn’t kill Jews I’m just questioning the status quo and everything that is agreed on by historians”

Did you know CO2 rates were higher a million years ago? Did you know earth was a giant mushroom once? did you know the earths climate changes all the time maaaaaaan. lol.

Then at the end saying “hey, why should we believe all the celebrities and politicians” and what not. Errrr, no one is, people believe in climate change scientists bro. You can question them all you like. It’s funny

Whos questioning any of it?

You, in your sneaky, completely disingenuous way. Why else bring up the ice age and what not if not to discredit the idea that humans are having a profound effect on climate change today?

Maybe try reading again, my point was that people beleive all manner of stupid things, denying mans input to the climate is one in a list as above

Yes you’re sneaky and disingenuous. You often say 2 completely different things in the same post. So, for example, in your post you started saying people believe in a load of stupid stuff then went on to say

But the point is the, the planet has been a rock of ice, its also been an unlivable desert climate, CO2 has been 6/8/10 × higher than it is now, its also been half the levels of today (ppm)... we are on a rock, that will decide when we die out, regardless of what we do short of managing the weather and climate with tech.

The question becomes what rate of change are we contributing, and if we are to believe the politicians, celebreties and other world leaders then why do they continue to act in such an opposing way of what they say

Ok so you dont like factual statements...

What do you disagree with, and how does that contradict my point that not believing in mans effect on the climate is stupid?

Your infering a lot of silly things i think.

The earth has been much hotter, has been much colder, has had a lot more CO2 in the air, had less CO2 in the air, and been through massive extreme cycles, that doeant negate the last few hundred years effect we have had.

Why did you make those “factual statements”

I thought your point was that people believe in stupid stuff. Why not just say that? Why bring up the facts that earths climate has always changed?

Although Farage would have you believe that channel crossings are being weaponised by the EU to punish us, there is a strong argument that the Cueta situation is being driven from Rabat.

Morrocco did this a few years ago didnt they? Arguing with Spain over the Western Sahara all of a sudden 10k people arrived on the Spanish islands...

Becaise Ragey called it 'Climate change' which i have never seen a single person in my life argue against. The earth has always changed, the is so much data and science to prove this it is pretty much undeniable.

The deniers deny that humans input is what is causing the current climate trends, and i can have a bit of empathy with them on what they see from leaders not coinciding with what those leaders are saying. Its the same thing with COVID, watching leaders instill emergency powers to lock people up while they are partying and going about life nearly as usual, tells people what they are saying they dont really believe, thats not denying COVID exists

You dont just have people that deny humans have any impact you have a load of people who also question how much impact we are having and downplay it. They do things like, I dunno, bring up how the earths climate has always changed long before humans were around. Sound familiar? Ha ha ha.

Why do you have empathy for peolple who, by your own admission, believe in something so stupid and undeniable. You don’t think their reasons are valid do you…………Do you? lol.

Ah ok im a denier for stating facts about the eartha long and extreme climate history... your having a ghost argument with yourself, your inventing a characature version of an argument you want me to be making lol, its the same with Trump, hysteria for hysterias sake.

This entire post you have agreed with me, people deny mans input into changing the climate, people deny stupid things sometimes, as the list i stated above, that doesnt mean we cant empathise with them or their argument. Maybe if you had a bit more empathy with those you deem a political enemy, you would understand those people more, and be more hesitant to insult and abuse.

Lets take an exqmple, John Kerry the US climate envoy. Advocating for massive sweeping changes for environments sake, net zero, funding poorer countries transitions, all the while volleying around in his private jet, that he definately didnt own, it was in his wifes name lol. Now Americans who question the climate crisis extremists, will look at his actions and say, validly so, that why should they ditch their air con, reduce their car use etc, while the leader on this issue in theor country would fly Alaska salmon across the country for dinner.

Now having empathy for that person, isnt the same as aligning with their argument

Do you have empathy with Holocaust deniers and flat earthers? They can point to irrelevant facts too you know.

Yep it's not new and is a standard tactic by Rabat. It would appear the aim this time is to requestion Spanish sovereignty over Cueta. With the Spanish PM under pressure it can go one of two ways: sod Cueta, it's not worth the effort (my own choice) or a military route to distract from home troubles and unite the country.

Similar situation Sanchez faces with the regions, Catelonia specifically. Not to mention the corruption scandals, and the 500k naturalisation of illegal migrants turning out to be over 1.1m at the end of the first window alone.

If Rabat wanted to impart political pressure, this would be a very good way to do it

You’re full of ****. You’re too scared to say what you actually believe.

Scared lol, of what the intimidating characters on TRF? We are essentially a bunch of middle aged men whinging at each other online, i have numerous contraversial opinions, including some where i dont really have an opinion because I dont know the answers, being scared to make a case for climate crisis denial is right down the list, you juat want that argument to be made so much you can taste it!

You’re still scared to discuss your views on the Kalergi plan aren’t ya. lol.

Record low turnout for the Manchester mayoral vote - very interested to see who wins, seen some accounts claiming it will be the Tories, which would be mad
Anything but Labour would be a staggering swing - Burnham got >60% of the vote three elections in a row

BBC have done Marcus Farmer the independant dirty...

Each candidate gets a blurb, Farmees blurb is basically that hes run previously and only got 6k votes lol.

Surely this is a Labour gimme!

I think Labour think this a done deal from what Im seeing. Anything but a Labour win in present climate would be staggering.

If exit polls are accurate I feel like that's a believable result - solid Labour win but Reform the best of the rest seems about right (follow up tweet has Greens in third at 15%)

Countings been delayed, chaos has been caused, counters have been ushered from view for breifings...

Labour are trying to fix the result!

Interestingly Italy have suspended Schengen free movement agreement with Spain... usually this is coordinated and done for terror threats, sporting events etc... the last time i remember this being done for migration was Denmark putting a hard border with Germany after Merkels million
