Argentina want test team in Super 18

Apparently Argentina want the Puma's (I expect without a number of European contracted players) involved in the expanded Super Rugby format. It'll certainly make for a more competitive environment which I am all for. That begs the question, would Japan also put forward their test side or would one of their existing clubs or a totally new franchize enter Super rugby?

Does it really matter though with the base structure being so ridiculous? And SARU/ANC wanting the Kings to join is looking ever more silly if you have a look at the current Currie Cup log;
