This weekend has started the "Nacional de Clubes" (Argentine National Club's Championship).
The premier division, with 7 clubs from the URBA (Buenos Aires) and 9 from the rest of the country is divided in four groups as follow:
- Zona 1 Belgrano Athletic, Regatas BV, Old Resian y Huirapuca.
- Zona 2 Hindú, Duendes, SIC y Tucumán Rugby.
- Zona 3 Tala, Newman, CUBA y Universitario de Tucumán.
- Zona 4 San Luis, Los Tarcos, CRAI y Urú Curé.

The pool stage will see them playing each other home and away, from March 11th to April 15th. The best two on each group will progress to the know-out stage finishing on May 6th.

So this is different to the Campeonato Argentino then? Is one of these competitions more developmental for players? And are groups based on location/geography? Will most Argentina XV players be in action in this?

7 clubs in the capital sounds a lot! Or does that include the wider Buenos Aires province? (Which Wikipedia says has 16 million people!)

Yes, this one in a clubs competition, while the Campeonato Argentino in for provincial/regional union's teams.
No, any of these competitions are suposed to be developmental, are the two elite competitions (national wide).
The groups aren't based on location. Actually, the Buenos Aires teams are distributed in the four groups.
Your question about the Argentina XV players is the most difficult to answer (at least for me). But I think that the answer is yes, most of those players will see action during the "Nacional de Clubes".

Neither of them. the URBA represent clubs from the capital city and the metropolitan area around this (12 million people), and also is the oldest rugby union in the country. So, 7 clubs is IMHO a fair representation indeed.

So, the torneo del interior B's winner gets an aditional place for its union in the torneo del interior A of next year, the same for the winners of the torneo del interior A, they get one for the next nacional de clubes A, but what the hell does the champion of the nacional de clubes B gets for winning?

Playing in the A tourny of next year?
it shoudnt be like that, because, for examine, the 1st and 2nd uruguayans get a place in the torneo del interior B, and the 3rd and 4th to the nacional de clubes B

The path is: Torneo del Interior B -> Torneo del Interior A -> Nacional de Clubes B -> Nacional de Clubes A
Why the Uruguayan teams were distrubuted like that is something that I can't explain, but must be politic.

yeah is like that, idk why i misred the fixtures, i thought carrasco and trebol were in the nacional b, but they are in torneo del interior b, and old boys and old christians are in the nacional B, I mixed the clubs

level wise maybe? The best URBA/nacional de clubs champions can defeat uruguay national team probably so putting them on the highest level would be bad? Also clubs from here would complain.

My doubt here is why they left a complete level (Torneo del Interior A ) between the 1st&2nd (Nacional del clubes B ) and the 3rd&4rd (Torneo del Interior B ). Using two adjacent level it'd sound more logical to me. However, it's something that will find it's own place in the next years (due to the promotion/relegation process).

last year old christians lost in final of the torneo del interior (before A and B) and eliminated old boys in the semifinal, both uruguayans did well, allmost getting a place for Uruguay in the nacional de clubes.
The uruguayan union didnt do as well as the clubs, entering (?) in the third division of the torneo argentino failing to qualify for the second division in the first season (they did in the second one, and is where they are now)

Well it seems this year wont be as bad. Some new players gave hope.

Kramer, Escurra, Montoya are playing at a great level. 3rd row also is playing well so Isa while missed has been successfully replaced. Any other player you liked?

1st row is becoming an issue though, very weak overall.
