I want to know who are the best fly-half currently by performance in all aspects. Not just kicking skill, but also play making skills too.

Give me a few examples of players. Videos of their performance are also much appreciated.

It all depends on what you are looking for in a fly half, if you are looking for a running fly half like Barrett or Trinh Duc then
New Zealand v Argentina from the weekend

Importantly at 59.30 you see him take the ball to the line and make a perfect pass.
If you want to look a little further back you have Sexton v Northampton in the Heineken Cup final 2011

Carter against the lions is possibly the best performance of a fly half ever

Bernard Foley is playing pretty well at 10, so is George Ford

I feel Owen Farrell gets overlooked too often. He's NEVER in the conversation for best FH in the world, and not saying he is but ppl will make lists and won't even mention him there.
Crazy underrated (can only speak for French flyhalves): Trinh-Duc, Camille Lopez.

Camille Lopez was in large part responsible for the industrial dismantling and demolition of Toulon when those came to Bordeaux 2 seasons ago. He was the architect behind that demolition job, and def. the best player on the field that day. By far, the biggest pounding Toulon's taken by anyone in the past 3 years:

Final score: 41-0.

Plisson is still not where he wants to be and young, a work in progress, but will become more than your academically sound FH when he's completely constructed.
