Cipriani's attitude is extremely poor if this is true but you'd think for the sake of the English team all parties would come together and throw everything out on the table because he'd definitely add something to the squad.

If all that we read is true, which is pretty poor from a professional, then it's not hard to see why he has been given limited opportunities. However, it is a great shame for him and England because he is an emerging talent. Hope his move to the better competition revitalises him and his focus.
