3. Either: a) Download the coloss players faces from fanhub for likeness (only works in AU business hours) OR copy this code and paste into Frans' editor

I believe it means they have a custom skin to download and insert into the relevant folder yourself.

Which player are you looking at?

Use the search function on this site. Type the player name. You should find a post with .zip file for download. Put the files in the data-pc-actor-player folders

Fellas it's safe to say that we won't be seeing Colossss back until Rugby Challenge 4 is released. I personally can't make any mods right now as RC3 won't even run on my new AMD PC as the CPU is too modern for the game and is unsupported lmao.
