I know this is extremely unlikely but if it could depend on where you played e.g. NZ you get someone like Murray Mexted, and AUS someone like Phil Kearns. This is very unlikely but if tgis could happen in some later projects of the rugby franchise after HB Studios gets a higher budget that'd be awesome

Maybe try to get numerous commentators not just the same 2. In Ricky Ponting Cricket numerous commentators come in. For differant teams get differant commentators. If your playing in the Super 15 and it's Blues vs Crusaders then have 2 kiwi commentators. Or even have it that you can chose 2 commentators!

I think Brian Moore commentary should be an optional unlockable for England games. If they start losing he can get all angry and bang on about his refereeing qualifications! ^_^
