Goal should have 2 bars

Those are some pretty big claims, have you got any definitive proof? Not saying that this isn't true, but when you're claiming that Japan should be thrown out of the UN, kinda need more than just your word to back it up! The excuse that the whole Chongryon investigations is a police frame up seems a bit convenient is all!

Also why exactly is 'North Korea' offensive to DPRK citizen? Geographically it's correct, considering it's the northern part of Korea. May I ask if you yourself are a DPRK citizen/

As for proofs you require, I have not found materials in English or German, sorry.
And if you are a German, you should know that the DDR always refused to be called "Ostdeutschland".

By the way, I am interested in Rugby (both Union and League) in Deutschland. Please tell me any clubs selling their jerseys.
Are you a German living in Wales?

Interesting I struggled to find things in English too, I'll have to keep looking though.

I'm the other way round, a Welshman currently living and studying in Bavaria. My area of Germany is probably the one with the least rugby in it, however there is a local team nearby called Augsburg RFC, who I'm hoping to play for when I return from my holidays. An English friend of mine who used to play with them said the quality isn't the best but lot of enthusiasm for it!
There are only two pro clubs in the German Rugby Bundesliga - Heidelberger RK and SC 1880 Frankfurt, so you may be able to get club shirts off them. Apparently the quality isn;t bad up there at all, and that general area of Baden - Würrttemberg and Hesse seems to have the largest concentration of rugby clubs in the Bundesliga too.

I was interested in German rugby too so I did a little look around and found out the German national team uploads all of their matches to youtube. The German erseys look nice as well. http://www.rugby-verband.de/?data That's the website, all of their games are up there.

Sorry for forgetting to answer your question. I am a Japanese national with ethnically Korean origin, not a DPRK citizen. But I have contact with the Chongryon and subscribe to the Chongryon's paper/magazine.

Seige is a Filipino word not Japanese. All 3 of them are Irish actually

Is that Twickenham? The height of goal posts seems about 15m. I think 15m is not enough.

Yeah I estimated the height and it seemed about 15-16m. So I apologize profusely for choosing such inadequate goal posts to edit in my diagram. But just out of interest, Sige, why do you believe the posts must be 18 metres in height specifically? I wish I could be inside your mind just for a day. Oh the wonders I would find.

If the height is 15m or so, ball can go higher than the posts. But I have never seen a ball higher than 18m.

I have changed my mind. 15m is enough. Kickers must care not only 3m but also 15m.

8. This one, I have to agree with you there. Maybe not increasing it to 11, but across the globe, bring 1 or 2 extra spots so we can replace both props and have 1 more for the back-line. 11 subs is too much though.

I do not think that 11 subs are too much. And substitution times should be unlimited (substitution can be done without stopping play, from dead-ball line).
If substitution is unlimited, it can be easily imagined the appearance of place-kick specialists.

In Rugby League only 4 subs are allowed (and substitutions are only 10 times in a game), but I think that Rugby League should also increase the number of subs and unlimited substitutions.

I need to find something to do. Otherwise this happens...

Just now I watched the Barbarians-Lions match in Hong Kong. The goal-posts of the stadium were too short, and kicked-balls sometimes went higher than the posts. I am still convinced that there should be a higher bar in order to avoid difficult judges.

Yet strangely the the officials had no problems with it when the balls did go higher? It's very rare that it's hard to see if it went over or not, but that's what the TMO is for.

Never could understand why, with a guy standing under the post, they cannot determine if the ball goes to the left or right of it? I think that the problem is one that has arisen since the TMO and officials too concious of being able to use them rather than make a decision!!

11 substitutes and use any time? Watch American Football and give up messing with Union!!

How would clubs cope with the increased costs never mind the disruptive influence substitutions have to the game already! It is hardly worth watching from the 60/65th minutes now with the constant to and froing and, in international terms certainly, where totally unnecessary other than to make it worthwhile having changed or just to get caps!

wow..some guys here really are gigantic anuses...
he's just throwing an idea out there....it's very, very negative to respond like that, no two ways about it...oh well.

Why are we anuses? We are not the ones who come here on a regular basis and decimate the sport we love. Every sport has a code and a structure which seperates it from other sports. If we converted all sports codes to a generic type sport, then there will be anarchy!

Why change rugby to accomodate the ideas of one North Korean idiot? If he doesn't understand the sport, then he first needs to learn it, and how it works instead of trying to come with stupid ideas that will never even see the light of day? If he has these ideas, and wants them to be implemented, then surely the Rugby Forum is not the place to do it? What power or authority do we have with the IRB?

We are not anuses. We are realistic rugby lovers!!! Sigesige00 and anyone agreeing with him should be banned! No wait, banning won't be harsh enough, they should go to a rugby field and actually play the game!!

I don't think he is actually North Korean.
