But this one is quite good. Not so much in the sense that it provides tangible answers but more in how it precisely defines what he sees as the problem and how he explains why some of the (current) proposed solutions are not the answer.
Food for thought.
I really like this part

I think he is spot on. I am impressed too. It is incredibly frustrating to explain this to people new to the game tho, and that is a problem.
