OK I'm shocked ill take it but there was enough mitigation for a pen for me.

Think the deciding factor is that it wasn't a late dip it was a low carry in general

Was also a high amount of force into the face despite them saying it was mostly through the shoulder - Jenkins looks like he's got a broken nose and when they showed Kemeny his cheek has blown up
