On Pollock it’s always easier to calm someone down than have to drag them to the fight. That’ll come with time, but he’s got a bit of something about him, let him mature, but don’t try to turn him into a conformist automaton.

I only caught the last 25 it was all Quins, such a shame I’ve been to the Sarries vs Quins games at spurs ground the last two years and it hasn’t even been close, gutted I didn’t make this one!
