Premiership 24/25 - Round 16

@TRF_Olyy what is going on with Turry? I remember I think December Sanderson said something about his game load being managed like 2 in 1 off or something...yet he seems to be playing constantly, no wonder his body is struggling

Hadn't realised the kind of side Bath have put out today, looks weaker, on paper/in name value, than the one they were putting out in the Prem Cup

Timings of these big games is pretty naff - last one was immediately after the 6N, this one immediately after European playoffs
Can't imagine the organisers, or ITV who have paid to show it, are happy about the heavy rotation

🤷 Take it up with the England physios, they're the ones dictating terms
I imagine the rest week last weekend helped though - last night was a must win so if he has a game limit then I would've expected rest to be in the coming weeks rather than yesterday

Agreed, but it's the host club's choice isn't it?

They wouldn't have expected it to be a dead rubbers for Bath, but surely they'd have expected at least one of the teams to have bigger fish to fry.

Given that they chose a stadium with a roof - sometimes in the depth of winter seem like it would have been more appropriate, even if the fixture list then ruled out Bath
