Forgot this existed tbh, only reminded when Sale posted their side earlier

Apparently we're at Franklin's Gardens on Friday

EXETER CHIEFS SQUAD FOR PREMIERSHIP RUGBY 7s

1 James McRae
2 Joe Snow
3 Ollie White
4 Sam Maunder
5 Harvey Skinner
6 Sam Morley
7 Max Bodilly (capt)
8 Luke Mehson
9 Arthur Realton
10 Jordan Bond
11 Charlie Fetney
12 Barrie Karea

Not sure who a few of them are tbh, i know 4 -7.

Forgot about 7s too just like prem rugby cup.

I've played against Barry Karea a couple of times, he plays at Cardiff Met now (was in the centres with Luke Northmore who's playing for Quins this season). He's some unit. His brother's in the academy too and plays hooker.

Disappointed not to see a few more of our prospects in there though; Max Norey could've done a real job IMO.

Bristol Bears 7s squad;

Harry Ascherl (Bristol Academy U18s), Aaron Chapman, Jack Bates, Ioan Lloyd, Will Capon, Nathan Chamberlain, Toby Venner (Hartpury BUCS), Robbie Smith (Hartpury), Harry Short (Hartpury BUCS), Chay Mullins (Bristol Academy U18s), Alex Forrester (Hartpury BUCS), Ben Tothill (Weston).

Be interesting to see how some of the unknowns go.

Wasps squad:

https://www.wasps.co.uk/news/team-n...rsey-on-for-first-time-as-wasps-name-7s-side/

Wasps 7s

1 Will Porter (VC)

2 Gabriel Oghre

3 Sunni Jardine

4 Tim Cardall

5 Thibaud Flament

6 Ross Neal

7 Will Wilson (C)

8 Paolo Odogwu

9 Ben Vellacott (VC)

10 Jacob Umaga

11 Callum Sirker

12 Zach Kibirige

Mostly a mixture of young lads now in senior squad, few senior academy players and then one academy in Thibaud...

Good young squad and some real flyers .... lookinf forward to the pace of Sirker, Kibrige, Odogwu, Velacott, the skills of Umaga and the power of Wilson/Neal/Cardall on the same pitch!

Been watching the rugby league tonight so didn't catch any, did anyone see the 7s and have input?

Watched Sale vs Saracens and it was pretty boring tbh

Like Tigs says: it's a nice idea for a comp, gets academy lads a run out, but it's not very enthralling

Thought Wasps gave a good account of ourselves. Sirker, Kibrigie and Odogwu give us silly pace and Velacott and Umaga pulled the strings.

The thing which Made us different is the height in the team we have Neal who is 6ft 5, Cardall is 6ft 6 and Tibo (Flament) is 6ft 8! off the returns he was ridiculous
