Size of pics in posts

Just a quick question.

If I was to add a picture to one of mu posts how do I get it a normal size. The last few I have uploaded come up as ***chy and need to be clicked on to enlarge whereas others add them normal sized?

For anyone else wondering:
Untick the "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" box and it'll be fullsize
if you upload it from your computer, double click on the image (before posting) and click on "full size"

For my post in the look-a-likes thread I googled the images, right clicked and went "inspect element" located image code and copied and pasted.

You could also upload to Tinypic and select to re-size the image.
