It is a simple pain killer not a performance enhancing drug that seems to be the implication of the Rugbyrama/Le Equipe story! He should have had written authorisation before using it and did not....slap on the wrist for administrative error and nothing more needed! By the way, I am not a Toulon Fan.......................!!
