Well, not much to say really except a big thank you to all he's done for Saints and England. I feared this would happen but still hoped he'd make it to the World Cup (because nobody likes Chuter). It's a shame, he had a good 4 or 5 years left but it wasn't to be.

On a related note this makes the second player this week to leave one of my teams for neck related issues. Bad.
 
A really sad loss for English rugby. I saw him play against the Warriors this season and he was industrious and always looking for work and actually, for all the cock ups when on England duty, his line outs were sound.

I hope his future isn't ruined by this injury.
 
A true Saintsman, both on and off the pitch.

Watched him work his way up from promising understudy for Freddie Mendez, to Rugby World Cup winner and for a period the best hooker in the game.

His effort will be sorely missed, although I'm sure he will stick around to teach Dylan Hartley a few tricks if the trade.
