Top 10 Fly-Halfs In the World

Stephen Brett, f***c this guy is good. Honestly, he is more impressive than Carter. Most Kiwis will have seen what he does EVERY game for Canterbury. Line breaks off his own goal line, huge punts, Carlos Spencer-like wizardry, flair, great kicking (including goal kicking) game......

Right now I'd say he's second only to Carter considering I haven't seen any player like him at 10 who does what this guy does. Won't be surprised to see Carter get nudged out in the next two years

I would give Brett another year or so before I'd rate him that highly - sure he looks good carving up some NPC teams, however he is unproven at a higher level. While he had some good games at super 14 level, I also remember him having some shockers (the game versus the Chiefs comes to mind). His running game is ceratinly as good(if not better than) Carters however his kicking (both at goal and out of hand) has a way to go to get to the same leve as Carter. He will definately be an All Black next year, however whether he will reach the same level as Carter is yet to be seen...
