Okay so let me get this correct...
You have made the kit front and back, but you don't know how to import the kit image into the .fsh file?

.PSD and .PNG, but i can change the .PNG to .GIF, .JPG or any other format

Okay no need to change that format, .png is fine.
Get the following things:

*FshEd v0.0.5 & Graphics Importer Plug-In from HERE
*Biggui from HERE
*rugbygob from HERE

Use the rugbygob file to get the filenames of the Namibia kits.
Use Biggui to extract those Namibia kit files from the data.gob file which is in your Rugby 08\data location.
There should be 4 kit files, 2-kit front files(.big) and 2-kit back files(.fsh)

To import the kitfronts:
1.Open the kitfront.big file with biggui and extract the kit.fsh file
2.Open the kit.fsh with fshed, you should then see the default Namibia kit.
3.Click on Tools->Graphics Importer->Open, choose the files of type that you saved the file to, open the kitfront image that you made and click on update.
4.Your kit should then appear in fshed.
5.Go to file and save and then exit fshed.
6.Open the kitfront.big again with biggui, click on import and import the kit.fsh that you put your kit in into the .big file, overwrite when prompted & then click on rebuild(blue R button).
7.Exit and then place the newly edited .big file in your Rugby 08 main folder.

To import the kitbacks:
1.Open the kitback.fsh with fshed, you should then see the default Namibia kitback with 22 "files"(jbck) under each other.
2.Click on Tools->Graphics Importer->Open, choose the files of type that you saved the file to, open the kitback image that you made and click on update.
3.Your kitback should then appear in fshed.
4.Do the same for all 22 kitbacks.
5.Go to file and save and then exit fshed.
6.Place the newly edited kitback.fsh file in your Rugby 08 main folder.
