Pretty huge I think and may just be what the chiefs need to become a real threat and meet their potnetial.

he is very good at what he does and the players will get a great sense of belief with him on the team. Bit of a shock really.

I was hoping the brains trust would stay on until 2015. They have been brilliant for New Zealand rugby and it will be very hard to experience the All Blacks without them. It certainly looks like none of them will be staying on now. Chiefs are going to be awesome next year.
