No it isn't.  There are never as many mistaked in the avarage top flight league match than the average top flight Union match.

Thats because they pass the ball more and try out lots of interesting things in union to try and break defences.
besides are you sure??

More clean breaks are made in League, hence there is usually more trys scored in league matches.

Thats only because union has better defence.
That is a laughable statement. [/b]
So's all the Bullshit your saying

Union backs are just as skillful, if not more then league backs

how many league backs can claim too have the same skills then the likes of Joe Rocokoko or Ruipini CauCau?

Eeuw, there's only 15 players there, surely it would the be a league team with 2 subs?

nope those are rugby jerseys...u can spot them a mile away

rugby kills league globally...rugby wins it devours all oval ball sports globally
<

also in rugby we treat our women better...we do not make obscene phonecalls to them or gang rape them....rugby women have ther own world cup which is more appealing then a league so called world cup..where only one nation will win...

yes rugby backs are more skilled and are certainly better athletes then rugby league players in general

when was the last high profile rugby player accused of using drugs(cocaine anybody clinton schifcoske or whatta bout you willy mason..hmmm)

no one has been accused of these things in union as it wouldnt sell any more newspapers

Why wouldn't it? Ofcourse it would sell newspapers if George Gregan or Jonny Wilkinson had tested positive to drugs.

Dallaglio?

Where'd you find that picture St Helens?
Found it on another msg board that I post on.

Who ever said Union has better defence why did on my Rugby Union trip to the AIS we went to the Canberra Raiders training and they did defensive drills with us because of our ex-Wallaby and ex-Waratah coach beleives that League has the becnhmark for defence.
Check Mate.
And League back have different skills to Rugby backs as do Fowards. A Union prop would not be as fit as a League prop yet a league prop wouldn't be as good in the art of scrummaging but then Union props wouldnt be good at running the ball up and getting a go foward and wouldnt have the same ball skills. Across the park taking out set pieces including the play-the ball and rucks and mauls a League team would have better general skills than a Union side. And a League back has to focus on beating one or two defenders with their footwork and speed to get out of trouble whereas Union backs continually kick the ball out which stops play and makes the whole game a kick-athon bore-athon.
