Excited for skate. From what I can tell it seems that is as realistic as you want it to be. I’ve been playing session which is an ultra sim and it’s just too hard. Don’t have the time to put in the work to be decent at it.
Yeah, both excellentDid anyone try the Tony Hawk remasters? I have the 1+2 one but haven't sat down to put in a session yet.
Did they keep the original soundtracks? I think that's what played a fair role in my tastes of rock/metal later in life.Did anyone try the Tony Hawk remasters? I have the 1+2 one but haven't sat down to put in a session yet.
For the most part, they dropped a few tracks and added a few more modern ones but generally was the sameDid they keep the original soundtracks?
just saw this and if there isn't a thug remake it's such a dick more on his partSaw Tony Hawks posted a tiktok the other day of him super imposed into the Tony Hawk Underground opening cut scenes, so really hoping that's teasing remasters for them - THUG is my favourite out of all TH games
Sadly they became the law of finishing returns. Fell for the issue of making the world more open failing to understand what made the original reboot so good.recently finished the tomb raider game from 2013, was fun and will play the sequel when it goes on discount,
I love the civs. I’m currently playing 5, mainly as 7 is such a massive disappointmentCiv 2. I have 3 PCs to enable me to play all games from about the mid 1990s to present date. I think it is the best of the Civ games.
Well if you played a lot in the past and you end up looking for some nostalgia, this is currently on sale - £6.80 for all (?) the C&C gamesI don't know what changed but I used to really enjoy Grand Strategy and RTS, now I really don't have the patience for them. I guess there must be some "lite" versions, particularly on consoles but I have yet to see anything that grabs me.
Any recommendations?
Isn't that collection the old collection? Ie not the remaster?Well if you played a lot in the past and you end up looking for some nostalgia, this is currently on sale - £6.80 for all (?) the C&C games

Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection on Steam

Not sure there anything that scratches the same itch though. I've tried many times to get into grand strategies (both EU IV and CK 3) - I just don't have the time for it nowadays. I had a better go at Stellaris - but I can't go again after one big game. I always tend to keep coming back to some AoE 2 (or the sequels/mythology)
If it is a lite version that is less focused on the combat side of things - I did get some good fun out of Against the Storm. 9 Kings has also looked kinda interesting as a lite version - but is more of a roguelite tbh.

I've got back into Dawn of War with the re-release. Kinda hoped they'd add a bit more to the game and I'm sure they've mucked around with the key bindings (my muscle memory keeps wanting me to press T to join a hero to a squad rather than C).
One strategy game I found very easy to sink hours into is empires of the undergrowth, you control a colony of ants. Also Rimworld used to be my more relaxed game of choice.
It is, but I think includes more of the games - is the remaster all of them or limited to C&C/ Red Alert? Their Steam page is a bit vague in terms of exactly what is included in there.Isn't that collection the old collection? Ie not the remaster?

Tbh I didn't mind 2, although it was excessively shiny on release as it was the era of bloom in games. 3 I didn't touch, front flipping Gabriel Angelos in terminator armour put me right offIt is, but I think includes more of the games - is the remaster all of them or limited to C&C/ Red Alert? Dawn of War was a great one - glad they've remastered the right game. I was always disappointed with the direction that series took after the first one.
