Why do Props prefer one side?

Reading more into this, this explains why you get taller guys in the LH position (Big Mac, Crockett, etc). What about teams would good reputations for scrums then? Would this have a correlation on them doubling down on having two specialist THs?

Well (wait for it....it's coming....), I mean you know.....(here it comes !...). Like....some of them go both ways.

<_<
Looseheads more prone to be Bi-prop-sual? And tightheads to be homo-propsual.

For my team we barely have enough players, so a lot of us have had to double up on what positions we can do. I played flank originally, but I've also been a tighthead and a loosehead prop on occasion.

For me, I prefer tight because it's easier for me to stay balanced with my right side on the outside. It sucked when we played a game where I propped and my binding thumb was fractured, but being loosehead just generally feels really awkward for me. Which, when you think about it, is weird because in rucks or tackles, I always drive with my right shoulder. I think on about as basic a level as possible, it's mostly just what the player prefers.
