Worcester v Newcastle
EUROPEAN CHALLENGE CUP SEMI-FINAL
Venue: Sixways Date: Friday, 25 April Kick-off: 2000 BST
Coverage: Listen live on the BBC Sport website
Worcester centre Dale Rasmussen returns for their European Challenge Cup semi-final against Newcastle.
Rasmussen has missed the last two games with concussion but he is fit while Pat Sanderson has recovered from a dead leg, but Chris Horsman is missing.
England trio Jamie Noon, Toby Flood and Jonny Wilkinson will all return after injury for Newcastle Falcons.
Andy Buist (knee) is also fit while prop Carl Hayman, captain Phil Dowson and full-back Mathew Tait all play.
Worcester director of rugby Mike Ruddock said:
"We hope home advantage and the backing of the Sixways crowd can fire us to a cup final but we know our discipline will have to be top drawer on Friday.
"For the Warriors it has been a season of steady progress, hopefully we have shown the home faithful that we have Heineken Cup ambitions and against Newcastle we can get the result that we badly crave."
Newcastle coach Steve Bates said:
"Getting to the final would be positive progress but only if we win could we say we have had a reasonable season.
"It's us a chance to finish the season on a high."
