I'd say his comments in pandering to the Pakistani audience is exactly what Farage would say to his audience, infact probably word for word.

I know I agree completely agree, what I meant by that was that at least his job, at least in the context of these comments, is not to instill fear and spread lies about minorities but rather to big up, over state even, the job minorities do. These are fundamentally different approaches and I know which one I prefer.

Thays all well and good, but you wouldnt go to somewhere like Tower Hamlet and make the claim that the minority Whites were the builders and dragged it through COVID would you? That would be reported to the police.

I just think pandering to ethnicities is fuelling the right resurgence, the average person, non political will look at that speach in horror, and it would be even worse if they saw the clipped version that Lawrence Fox tweeted, with his commentary of how Sawar wants Pakistanis to get power in government to bring in things like Sharia.

Has anyone actually said that? I've been to a few places in Europe and for the most part liked them. The closest I've been to the states is Medicine Hat in Canada so I don't know if America is bad but there are some things about the politics and religion that put me off in the same way religion in Iran or politics in Russia put me off but you are the one constantly drawing comparisons with America and Europe not us.
