Can't see how this could go well for the government. If they don't have some pretty strong evidence showing the link (which I highly doubt) then I'm pretty sure they could be sued for defamation (or whatever it is for corporations) and frivolous lawsuit.Texas attorney general sues Tylenol makers, claiming links to autism
You can't simply go throwing these sorts of claims around and taking them to court on a whim like this.
