He got the military paid using illegal means (shifting allocated funds from somewhere else) but, without funding, how does he hope to keep the US military operating for much longer? It's not just frontline soldiers, it's the vast amount of support and logistics which will grind to a halt without funding. Many people across the government have now missed 1 paycheck, will they be keen on continuing to work for nothing?
