isnt honesty and compassion part of moral character, did Obama say out loud he was going to accept women and children were mere collateral damage in his drone program? Is it compassionate to do so?
Character is only as moral as the actions behind the words, ill be the first to make the claim Obama was a classy statesman, i, as im sure you and others were charmed by him, but when you put his actions into perspective, he was a monster in a nice suit with nice words and witty quips, as most presidents are (ill give Biden a pass on this, i dont think he was capable of being that ruthless).
I personally would prefer my monsters obvious, with a media machine criticising and investigating him constantly. What was it Hillary said, the media was 'swooning for him'. Thats a real danger!
Now we can call Trump an unscrupilous businesman, uncouth, repulsive even, but is his nasty words up there with illegal wars, drone bombing children, or splurging on the Resolute desk, ok maybe its as bad as having to wipe seaman off it hahaha
My point is, when Trump says rancid things, or when he does any of the 782 things hes done, criticising him for it is absolutely necesary, embelishing it to the Nth degree with ludicrous leaps in logic, and faux outrage has failed for 9 years, why continue with it?
