****ing hell that makes Habana look like an expert hope he gets all the stick he deserves. Should probably follow suit and apologize.

If you want to cut out play acting, you have to be severe in punishing it. Just as I criticized Bryan Habana last weekend, I'll criticize Mike McCarthy now. He should be ashamed of his reaction.

Nice touch by Jamie Heaslip in allowing Leo Cullen lift the trophy. When Cullen was team captain he regularly allowed others share the limelight by lifting the trophy with him.

ffs McCarthy go back and play football ya wimp

Yeah the guy who goes around smashing Eben Etzebeth is a wimp...

I still condone it obviously, there's no place for it in rugby and he should apologize. At the same time that is a punch...not a very good one but still a punch...

I meant to mention that, was a really nice gesture. Almost made up for that haircut.

but still there should be no place in rugby for footballers attitude.

That's me home in Glasgow after my two nights in Dublin for the game. Happy to have survived given the amount of Guinness and gin that has been consumed and the distinct lack of sleep.
As for the game itself, it was a brilliant occasion and I was delighted to be there. Glasgow made too many mistakes though and with the constant pressure from Leinster they were made to pay. It's been a brilliant season though and now looking forward to the next.
