Maybe, I'm not sure of the specifics. There have been some absurdities in Romanian police soliciting 'victims', 3 women refused to collaborate with them defending the Tates, and last year a court dismissed half the evidence collected.

The 2 peices I thought showed a trend, was the improper explanation of the situation to 2 victims by police, and missing information.

Ultimately who knows, it seems this will be going on for a while

I know it's ridiculous. There's literally hours of footage of him boasting about how he runs his "business" but of course his defence is "I'm only joking I'm a online YouTube entertainer" disgusting sub human piece of ****. Even if I granted him that he is joking (even though he goes into very detailed specifics about his method) it's still a vile thing to "joke" about especially when you know many young men don't see it as a joke.

As I say, though, he clearly isn't joking but I guess he's got the money to get the best representation he can.

I mean, I've likened Tate to Borat a number of times, I didn't subscribe that Sascha Baron Cohen was gomophobic, sexist, racist, bigoted etc, he was trolling for laughs, and made a documentary type movie which most people believed was real.

Tate is a fame whore, who would do whatever it took to get there, he found a character, identified a market requirement and provided what the people wanted. Rage bait, absurdities and chaos. Now did he committed crimes along the way, I don't know, I would assume so reading around the subject, but the charges aren't without holes, and believable agendas.

Things like 'if men don't have at least 5 kids at 40 then they are basically gay' or 'if you only have sex because it feels good, your gay' all play into an Internet culture most people don't understand. Especially those who criticise him the most, and try to attribute the crazy things he says with potential crimes.

I was once dragged into HR last year, for making the assertion Andrew Tate was Muslim. In a training session where the middle aged woman self proclaimed Tate expert talked about his misogyny, and him wanting to create a handmaid's tale type Christian society... she was absolutely livid and called me racist for making the statement. On the verge of absolute tears she stormed out of the HR room ranting and raving when we checked I was right, and I was given a professional apology via email lol.

My point is, I don't know whether he's guilty yet because he hasn't been proved guilty, due to the charges, evidence thrown out by judge, the treatment of him in the media, the statements from the girls who the police solicited who refused to agree they were abused, even the one girl beaten up on video who stated it was her kink and they did it regularly, and she does it with other men, I'll keep my vitriol contained until I get a proven verdict.

What I'm very careful of, is his effect on young boys, who are continually vilified in western society, and their need to be held up and not dragged down at every turn.
