I mean, I've likened Tate to Borat a number of times, I didn't subscribe that Sascha Baron Cohen was gomophobic, sexist, racist, bigoted etc, he was trolling for laughs, and made a documentary type movie which most people believed was real.

Tate is a fame whore, who would do whatever it took to get there, he found a character, identified a market requirement and provided what the people wanted. Rage bait, absurdities and chaos. Now did he committed crimes along the way, I don't know, I would assume so reading around the subject, but the charges aren't without holes, and believable agendas.

Things like 'if men don't have at least 5 kids at 40 then they are basically gay' or 'if you only have sex because it feels good, your gay' all play into an Internet culture most people don't understand. Especially those who criticise him the most, and try to attribute the crazy things he says with potential crimes.

I was once dragged into HR last year, for making the assertion Andrew Tate was Muslim. In a training session where the middle aged woman self proclaimed Tate expert talked about his misogyny, and him wanting to create a handmaid's tale type Christian society... she was absolutely livid and called me racist for making the statement. On the verge of absolute tears she stormed out of the HR room ranting and raving when we checked I was right, and I was given a professional apology via email lol.

My point is, I don't know whether he's guilty yet because he hasn't been proved guilty, due to the charges, evidence thrown out by judge, the treatment of him in the media, the statements from the girls who the police solicited who refused to agree they were abused, even the one girl beaten up on video who stated it was her kink and they did it regularly, and she does it with other men, I'll keep my vitriol contained until I get a proven verdict.

What I'm very careful of, is his effect on young boys, who are continually vilified in western society, and their need to be held up and not dragged down at every turn.

One was a comedy character that everyone, except the mentally challenged, knew was a character. Also, the point to a lot of his comedy was to expose certain groups in society. Andrew Tate isn't going on a tube with a live chicken and letting it loose, he doesn't ever say he is joking, ever. He goes into specific detail about his real business and how he made money. The difference is night and day. Why not just compare the Tates to any satire comedy then. I really think this is quite a low point for you, mate. Comparing these people to a great British comedian is actually quite disturbing.

Tate made numerous comments about playing a character didn't he?

Your fundamentally misunderstanding Internet culture, kids know that EVERYTHING on social media is fake, Mr Beast videos all staged etc... they engage because it's funny.

The same way you and I did in 2006, those things are hilarious because they are disgusting, the absurdity of keeping a mentally disabled person in a cage, then laughing when he gets out and rapes his sister while the family high fives. Kids today laugh because Tate sits in a studio, top less with a tiger tattoo smoking cigars calling women Haram, preaching the koran, and saying men who have sex with women for just fun are gay.

I'm not defending the Tates as you well know, but there are 100% commonalities between the worldwide outrage of Tate and the worldwide outrage with Borat.

The difference is, you enjoyed laughing about raping minors in 2006, and now your on a moral high ground because kids are laughing at similar things.
