I think the 3/2 split is happy medium. I know people prefer to work from home (unless its 30 degrees out) and they feel they can knuckle down and get work done better. But they rarely see the need for collaboration and walking with your colleagues in a non formal environment.I am starting a new job later this month and was told in the interview they are looking for move to 60% in the office and rest at home. Before it was 50/50. Looks like more and more shifting back to the office and there's going to be a lot of resistance or unhappiness as a result.
I'm on a more 4/1 split these days but thats mainly due to some advantages to work setup V my home one (if I had a home office this might be diffrent).
