Tigers with two hookers on the bench, and no lock.

Saracens by a lot.

Will Tait finally play? :D And indeed Sarries by alot, worst start by Leicester ever if they lose this one. But there is just to much class in the sarries team to lose this one.

After all this time they'll probably forget to bring him off the bench (if he even makes it that far today!) :p

Hoping for a Tigers win, as a Sarries win would put Sale down to 3rd, I think :p

am I correct in thinking a lot of Leicester fans are glory fans and have a habit of deserting their team when things aren't going well?

Haha I thouroughly enjoyed watching my rugby today. 10 tries from England, 6 from Sarries... i kno theyre missing players but a BP record win at Welford Road is nothing to sneeze at.

Watched the match too
Saracens ruthless, everything went right for them - Played some great rugby and proved they're not a boring side, even if a couple of tries were made too easy by shocking Tigers defence

Seen a lot of Tigers fans complaining about having no players, but everyone else is missing players to the RWC too - Sarries missing a fair few big names through that and through injury
Shame to see Tait get injured on debut....

I dunno, but I seem to be the only one here commenting on their matches.

Are any other team missing 4 players in one position? (5, if you count Ayerza.) Nah, it's no excuse, tackling isn't a specialised skill.

The steady players aren't enough this season, time to throw caution to the wind. Young for Grindal, Youngs for Chuter, Tait for Smith, if he's still alive. Ford has shown he can cut it, now give the others a go.

Aye, it's a good point
To glance over the Tigers squad, you look at the backs and you think "Most clubs would be ecstatic to put that side out" but you're missing so many forwards it's ridiculous

Youngs made a good impact off of the bench today

From what I gather of (some) Tigers fans -> They're fairly fickle. For example today, people started leaving at about 60mins, however they'll be back next week and if Tigers win they'll be the greatest team on the Earth :p

I think Tigers have a lot more "casual" fans than any other team, due to their past success, and being bigger than the Football club in their town (Saints are similar, though have more "die hard" fans) - so when things aren't going their way they'll just forget about the team for a bit
However Tigers do have a lot of great fans, it's just that their fan base is so big it has it's fair share of numpties in as well

Would be interesting to see what happens if City ever get back in the PL. At primary school, only two of us were bothered about the Tigers, the rest were into football. Secondary was pretty much the same, too.

I didnt see or hear the game, just the scoreline.

Like others have said, Tigers have no forwards, but that's the price to pay for having such a group of players. In non world cup years, they would have a full squad from the off, and be the force we recognise up front, but you ahve to take the rough with the smooth. Sure Sarries have players missing too, as do every other premiership squad, but it just goes to show how much Tigers rely on their forwards to get the backs going.

From the reports Sarries were worth their winning margin, so we cant have too many complaints.
