My new theory is that Leinster has too many national team players. The few imports and those not in the international set up can't gel with all the national teamers. The internationals have less pressure for spots so they somehow have less dog in them than when they wear a green shirt.

We're a feeder team, feeder teams aren't there to win.

We were the softest team in Europe from 00-05 amd then we got Cheika... The only other hard as nails coaches (who isn't just using us as an experiment for his return to South Africa) were Schmidt and Felipe. Neither are available, bring Cheiks home.


If Leo is in charge for the 26/27 season, I'm not renewing my season ticket.

So the biggest loser today was Jac Morgan really. JVDF was our vest player and Pollock bettered him. No way both don't tour.

Anyway, we're at a trough in Irish rugby, it won't last but could be a bad 12 months.

Get Cheika into Leinster and stop making progression from school level through to the national team like working your way through a top 4 firm and these days might become less frequent.

I'm absolutely sickened, all the criticisms I've argued against that were put on Leinster (salary aside, look at France lads) were justified today.

I don’t really know where Leinster go from here, I genuinely thought that with their incredible defence the last two rounds and the last couple of almost title holders would make them unplayable, I expected Saints to give an incredibly good account of themselves almost a repeat of last season.

Saw something about an IRB rule that meant he couldn't start, no idea how accurate that is but it sounds plausible given how silly benching him was. Maybe Alpha Boy or someone else in the know can clarify
