Not really - Saints have had hoops for a large part of their history, like several other clubs. It's like saying change X, Y, Z colours and it's a Sale/Bath/Wasps/Bristol kit.
It's actually least like Tigers, as they often used to have smaller lines of colour with a bigger hoop in between.
