Hi all :D
Here at my club, we are desparate for a scrum-tingy.
Has anybody a spare DYI-plan?
Or any idea/tips on how to built it :)
cheers ;)

Mate, if you want a scrum machine, then it's best to buy a proper one. I know they're very expensive, but they are designed to be as safe as possible for the users and it's imperative to get them because our necks and backs are extremely important and easy to injure. These are some of the, if not the best scrum machines. They are worth quite alot of money, but mate, its worth it in the end. Perhaps some of the cheaper ones are what you want, but they are still bloody good pieces of equipment.

our high school club team actually constructed one. ill try to get pics later

If you know a good welder you can make one out of steel pipes, some wood, leather and good strong padding. I know a buddy of mine from down south has his own and it's really good, only cost him about $200 in total to make. I'm going to have my friends dad who is a welder make me one for when I get enough guys playing here in town for a full 15 a side regular saturday evening game.
