basically sort of going with other recent threads

who would you pick for a 1st XV of the worst capped players
players who in the name of sweet zombie jesus should never have been capped.
try and keep it to the big rugby nations as some smaller nations have little choice but to cap sub-standard players.

there will be many more blunderful awful internationals out there so dig through your memorys to see if we can find the worst international team of all time

Gareth Cooper from any later than 2005 over Wigglesworth. Matt Banahan as a winger. He almost works as a battering ram, but is amongst the worst finishers I've ever seen at that level.

Riiiight...

1. Tim Payne
2. Steve Jones
3. Scott Andrews
4. Steve Borthwick (c)
5. Louis Deacon
6. Richard Brown
7. Ryan Kankowski
8. Raphael Lakafia

9. Warren Fury
10. Riki Flutey
11. Lesley Vainikolo
12. Graeme Morrison
13. Nick De Luca
14. Hal Luscombe
15. Earl Rose

Earl Rose was never capped.
There have been worse hooker than Jabba.

How about a slowest-worst XV combination? We combine speed and ability scores to see who really is the worst. We can factor in weight and facial hair as well.
Someone get on this!

Wigglesworth is class.(sort of) Ryan kankowski is pretty good too. Definitely ahead of nick Easter and xavier rush

Has he ever played at 7? To be fair he's one of the most effective 8s in the S15 when on form. He's had a few injuries but there are players far more deserving of this list...

Dunno mate, I was wracking my brains for one so I just stuck him in there as a 'South African' 7 - ie. blindside. He's not bad, just has never done anything internationally. Which is a shame after the ridiculous amount of hype SA fans on here were giving him a couple of years ago.

Alright, I'm bored but I also don't want to think so I'm going to make a team that is awful not necessarily in ability but I'll give my reasons:

1. Gareth Jenkins - Included because I have found that if you leave him out of any team on this forum it starts a really boring row between BG8 and the sane people of this forum. (You can choose who this includes)
2. Shane Byrne - I dislike his hair.
3. I'm not going to put Buckley in here because he's funny ahhhhhh Scott Andrews.
4. Mick O'Driscoll - I hate this very mediocre player.
5. Louis Deacon - He's bad.
6. John Barclay - for being so much worse than Rennie and Denton.
7. Sam Warburton - His nose and God status disgust me.
8. Jamie Heaslip - What a prick.
9. I was going to put Ben Youngs in but him playing badly makes me happy sooooo... Tomas O'Leary
10. Paddy Wallace - He fills me with anger every time I see him, I will be supporting fourteen Ulstermen next Saturday.
11. George North - He's too big.
12. James O'Connor - See post 458 of "For talking rot"
13. Conrad Smith - YOU ARE NOT BETTER AND WILL NEVER BE BETTER THAN BRIAN O'DRISCOLL.
14. Vincent Clerc - 2007
15. Lee Byrne - I don't like things that glow in the dark.

Lets have a look England have had some real shockers over the years....Mark Van Gisburgh, Hape, Jamis Noon, Tim Payne, Louis Deacon, Victor Ubogu. In other countries Mick Odriscoll already mentioned, Colin Charvis, Will James, Horseman (forgot first name) and the worse of all Brenden the kilted Kiwi Laney

What the **** are you on about?

Never rated him, refused to try jumping in the lineouts during the 2001 Lions tour and seem to remember him laughing once when he was being subbed in a game Wales were loosing badly.....
