Why are you being ignorant?

Sometimes in life we have to do what we don't want to, its called life.

Yeah well i can tell you if you lived in NZ you wouldn't be so keen. We have no teams... let alone good ones.
I'm not so sure. I live here and I love the Premiership. Granted New Zealand teams, and the A-league are terrible to watch in comparison. But following Football in NZ isn't so hard if you're into it.

Defensive  "soccer" isn't easy to play at all, it is absolutely exhausting.
It's soccer for Aussies mate, we've already got 3 other codes we call football... so the only time soccer has "ball" inserted into its name is when it is derogatorily called poofball or wogball (cause mainly Greeks and the like play it).
Still too many 0-0 or 1-0 or 1-1 games for my liking... Soccer is a game of watching missed opportunities most of the time, and that combined with lots of poofs throwing hollywoods bores the crap out of me! Seriously, I'd watch AFL before I'd waste my time with that crap...
Anyway Dan, I'd have assumed you wouldn't be all too keen on soccer because most soccer fans in the UK all treat RL and RU fans like second class citizens from what I hear... Always referring to both codes as "thugby" etc (the pommies where I work are like that too).

Premiership games are rarely 0-0 to be honest mate. Until the playoffs were introduced to Super League, they were an alien concept to me.
I just checked, there's been 10 nil all draws this season in the EPL, and something like 15 goal scoring draws (usually 1-1, but there were a couple 2-2's in there)... Now in Rugby League I would find even 1 nil all draw too many... But that’s the whole point, most of those games that end up as draws one team has actually been better (out of the 5 or so I've witnessed with English mates), but they still end in deadlock cause it's so f***en hard to score! That to me is very dissatisfying...

Yeah, cut 2 players and make the game 80mins and we would see more open play and more goals... i'd rather watch a game with lots of goals that see good defending.

Make the goal the width of the feild. Make it that they have to pick the ball up and run over the line and place it down to score. Make it that you can physically tackle the player.

Can't agree with that mate, I'm either a defender or a goalkeeper, I find the idea of loads of goals scoring horrifying!

heh, I would probably love the sport if i was from England.

i just love the fanatics of soccer...they wait so long for a goal to be scored....and when it does, they go wild

I agree with Jamie Lyon, Football or Soccer is a very difficult sport to play, Its also harder to cross people up when you have the ball.

I follow Soccer, Man U all the way Cristiano Ronaldo is just Bananas.
