I bet Microsoft didn't see such a bad few weeks for their 360 launch. And to add insult to injury, a lawsuit against the 360 will go down a treat.

Surely microsoft will crush him. Although reguardless of the result of the lawsuit, it will damage Microsoft's reputation and put people off buying the 360.
