The Ospreys will be looking to get their pool 2 campaign back on track having come away with nothing from their trip to Kingsholm. For Ulster it's only a matter of pride even at this relatively early stage following their back to back defeats.

Gavin Henson misses out for the Ospreys with a broken hand while James Hook has recovered from a dislocated finger.

Bryn Cunningham returns at full back for Ulster along with Justin Harrison with Matt McCullough making the switch to no. 8.

Ospreys: Lee Byrne; Nikki Walker, Mark Taylor, Sonny Parker, Shane Williams; James Hook, Justin Marshall; Duncan Jones, Huw Bennett, Adam Jones, Alun Wyn Jones, Ian Evans, Jonathan Thomas, Marty Holah, Filo Tiatia (capt).
Replacements: Richard Hibbard, Cai Griffiths, Ian Gough, Ben Lewis, Mike Phillips, Shaun Connor, Andrew Bishop.

Ulster: B Cunningham; T Bowe, A Trimble, P Steinmetz, S Danielli; P Wallace, I Boss; J Fitzpatrick, R Best, capt, B Young, J Harrison, C Del Fava, N Best, D Pollock, M McCullough.
Replacements: D Fitzpatrick, M Miles, R Caldwell, K Dawson, K Campbell, N O'Connor, R Dewey

Referee: Chris White (England).

Things just go from bad to worse for Ulster in this competition, although winning in Wales has never been their forte.

Sounds like an impressive performance though from the Ospreys despite the level of the competition.

Was a very rounded performance from Ospreys. They still need to learn to be more clinical, at least five tries went missing on friday night. That might be enough to loose against better opposition.

Thought Tiatia should be cited for his shoulder charge when he crossed for his try, completely uneccessary, could have seriously hurt someone, reckless. Surprised I havn't heard anything about it.
