Argentine Union will suffer the decision to exclude players in europe ¿Was that a good decision?

This is only a possible team, there are several player more.

Maybe with this players it can have a second franchise for Super Rugby.

1 – Marcos Ayerza (Leicester Tigers - England)
2 - Eusebio Guiñazú (Munster - Irland)
3 - Juan Figallo (Sarences – England)
4 - Manuel Carizza (Racing Métro 92 - France)
5 - Mariano Galarza (Gloucester - England)
6 - ?
7 - Juan Martín Fernández Lobbe (Toulon – France)
8 - Benjamín Macome - (Aviron Bayonnais - France)
9 - Agustín Figuerola - (Oyonnax - France)
10 - Benjamin Urdapilleta (Castres - France)
11 - Juan Imhoff (Racing Métro 92 - France)
12 - Juan Pablo Socino (Newcastle Falcons - England)
13 - Marcelo Bosch (Sarences - England)
14 - Juan Pablo Estelles (Northampton Saints - England)
15 - Patricio Fernandez (Clermont -France)

The problem is many of them were actually offered a contract with Jaguares and rejected it.

I know you you're right is just a way of saying that Argentina has players and talent to make another team.

I think Argentina right now with Ayerza and Figallo would have a dominant scrum.

Yes, sure. We currently are suffering the new selection policy. However, you need to keep in mind the long term plan.
I'm think/hope the UAR's plan include to request a 2nd super rugby franchise as soon as 2020.

However, I can say that we need to find a way to include some additional players (than the onces included in the Jaguares) during the next couple of year, until we get the 2nd franchise.
