The commentators really have a hard on for Calouri. Give it a rest.

Young wing who looks good in some Premiership games, hardly revolutionary or rare.

There's been a lot of Scorigami recently, it seems to me. Presumably because of the large scores being racked up.

Hope one of the journos does a look into/list of injuries this season, over the summer - feels like there's been way more than in previous ones
Normally you get one side who gets absolutely run over but there's a few this season and even the hardier sides are losing players seemingly every game

Sleightholme run down by Bayliss is crazy - I know he's covered in the backs a fair bit but come on!

This game has been far more competitive/good in general than I thought it'd be

Incredible game

Shame for it to end on a penalty like that, almost feels like it should be a penalty mitigated down to play on (I know that's not a thing, and the right call was made) because he makes legal contact and then Pollock keeps dropping and the head contact is secondary contact on the wrapping arm

FTFY

Can't complain really, great game. I'm amazed at how few times Bath have won there though. Only 4 times in 26 appearances is awful.

Well everyone likes a new shiny toy. And he has a super strength.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve seen him in the flesh. He took some high balls and those he didn’t he mostly won for others on his team or at least stopped Tigers getting clean possession. And he had absolutely no right to score that try - this wasn't Sale but a hard fought game where there was less than a try in it.

I didn’t see what led to his binning and there were times in defence when I was holding my breath. He’s not England today but given the importance of the aerial game I can totally understand if he’s on SB’s radar with a list of work ons. And won’t be shocked if he gets blooded against Fiji or someone.

Just feels like when we praise props for their work in the loose and then say they’ll work on their scrummaging, when in reality props shouldn’t be talked about until they are nailing their scrummaging.

Not exactly the same but I hope you get my point. He’s young and will develop but being great at jumping is hardly a super skill if the rest of his game doesn’t develop as it’s not ready yet at all. I’ve got faith in the Sarries coaches to develop him though but England is not the place to develop players.
