Starting Rugby Late

I know this question has popped up but mostly from people who are late teens...I started a while ago but I'm 26 and I want to get great. I'm not trying to say I want to be a professional but I'm a little curious about if that is possible. I know there are a few rugby players who started really late but many of them were big or fast and had already been competing in something else.

So, what are the chances...?
