Great idea IMO.
Basically Loughborough Students club become a Tigers academy/Loughborough Students team.

Brett Deacon our current Head of Development Coaching also becomes the Loughborough students Head coach so will have full control of the Tigers academy players on loan and Boris Stankovich (Our Scurm coach) will be helping with the scrum training.
Students in return get access to Tigers coaching and most likely a pathway to the Tigers team.

Also hope we take the 7's tournament seriously this year.

Different topic but any danger of a women's team soon for Tigers?

Doubt it we don't have the money to run another team.
Also there is lichfield near us would prob be easier to semi merge with them.

Yeah perhaps a stronger, more official partnership with them.

I do think long term and marketing wise its wise to have women's team. Maybe after we've sorted the granby site, car park and crumbie.

Not sure about marketing wise.
Tigers need to also sort out a new training ground on top of the Car park, Hotel etc etc.

I mean our academy funding has dropped due to all this aswell.
