I’ve never been much of a fan of Farrell as a player, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he turns out to be a very good coach.
Sounds like Tigers is after James O’Connor on a one year deal

Loved him at Sale, tbf, would be a solid pickup - imagine he and Parling know each other

That’s what people also say about Ford who seems to be a very different kind of character.
Takes all sorts of course, but FWIW I could ultimately see Farrell in much more of a head honcho type role setting direction and culture etc with Ford much more hands on on the training field.
With how much of a bell end I’ve heard Farrell can be, I doubt he’d make a good head coach as a lot of that is people skills.
I've never heard a bad word said against Farrell tbh, other than from opposition fans - everyone who's coached, played with, toured with or more often than not even played against him always sings his praises
Yeah the only players I heard having issues from him is ones that didn't train hard

Had some very good moments for us especially earlier in his career. Never spectacular but generally solid in a position we have a bad track record of producing.
Good time to move on from him, we need to tighten up the squad in spots, which we have the luxury of doing with Kelly coming in and some good young prospects for a change in Wood, O’Leary and O’Leary Kareem.
By all accounts we are indeed signing an NIQ TH. Probably that George Dyer guy but not sure.
