Shame, theyre teenagers, theres always going to be accidents like that, id like to see a bit of compassion for accidents like that, i dont think there was intent

Can’t really argue with that seems harsh given age etc, but if it’s not stamped out at this level then you can’t expect it to disappear from the senior level, interesting wales were warned a while ago then gave away consecutive pens but kept 15 on the pitch ref needs to remember that if it continues.

I dont think the red will harm england that much tbh, theyre plenty physical enough in defence, and they havnt thrown 2 passes consecutively this half, and kicked everything.

Caluori's kit is very clean for someone who's been out there for 65mins
There are subs that came on less than 10mins ago that have got stuck in more

Edit: someone must've relayed that message because that was an excellent kick/chase/tackle

Calulori’s work rate an is in the last 5 minutes has been incredible, he pulled out when almost off his feet and would have conceded the pen, made the chase from his kick and the tackle, rolled out the way quickly enough so as not to be deemed preventing the clear out, great to see.

That could have been game there...

Poxy locks!!!! Ive been there watching a winger flying away asking me to run lol ***** im at top speed hahaha

Hes a freak isnt he... his leap is unreal

Wales 16 - Englands maul 19

Fair play. I was just slating Tonguiha for being underpowered for a guy his size, being 25kg heavier than any Welshman but realised hes played 73 mins so far, what a shift fair play to him

Talk about a game of 2 halves...

I think poor Welsh coaching contributed heavily, they came out with the wrong tactics and mindset.

Ultimately English power was just too much in the end, the fact theyve kicked evrything and refused tonplay rugby was exactly what was going to win them the game, ive changed my MOTM from Friday to the English coaching team

Fair play to Wales, they made it a lot tougher than many expected, to be honest it’s good to see England tested and not get caught cold later, hopefully this stops any complacency.

England were terrible in the first half, and their 10 was just appalling all game, absolute stinker from him. If it wasn't for Friday at 9 England probably lose that game, but his kicking and general control in the second half was quite something, and meant that their pack could exert their dominance in the maul and pick and go's to score the try's.

Wales had their chances in the second half (and a few more in the first) to put the game to bed, but there we go. It's not all about results at this level for us, it's about identifying quality players and after a number of years of underpar sides, I'm encouraged by that effort. There looks to be a spine of decent players there.

Maybe in better conditions Wales would have been able to showcase more of the talent they have in the backs, but you have to play the conditions which only 1 side did per half, with England just a little more clinical with their opportunities in the second, compared to Wales in the first.

Just a quick note about Leggatt-Jones. There's something about him for sure, especially for a kid only just turned 18. His kick choices were a mixed bag for sure, and he got caught in two minds once or twice, but he played his heart out tonight. He was everywhere for Wales, covering kicks left, right, and centre. Looking forward to see him play on a dry pitch, as so far I've only really seen him play in shitty wet conditions (or didn't see him, as was the case last week in the mist).

Green4 with his hands all over Blue1's face in needless afters from Ireland's 2nd try.

I don't see any clawing of the fingers, and TMO cleared so etching (don't know what) but he needs to be really careful with that
